Refund Policy

 

Refund Period: Our standard refund period is 60 days from the initial purchase date.

 

Refund Process: All products on this website are digital in nature, and all transactions for our digital products are handled by ClickBank, a leading retailer of digital products. In order to receive a refund for any purchase made on this website, please read the details below.

1) If you are still within the 60 day refund period, you can send an email to James@jamesagodin.com and request a refund.

2) We will then check your account to verify you are within the 60 day refund period. If you are, we will submit a refund request to ClickBank on your behalf. You do NOT need to contact ClickBank. It is much quicker if we (as the product vendor) contact ClickBank directly for you by selecting your transaction in our ClickBank account and asking their support team to issue a refund. Once this is done, the refund is usually processed within 3-5 business days (Monday – Friday). You’ll receive email confirmation of the refund directly from ClickBank.

3) Once your refund has been processed, you will still be able to access your account and all programs you have paid for for the current billing period. For instance, if you request a refund before the end of a 30 day billing cycle, let’s say on day 15, you would still have access to your subscription for the remaining 15 days. After the current billing cycle ends, your account will be “Paused”, meaning that you can still login to access any one-time purchases you’ve made, and manage your account and billing details, however, you won’t be able to access any subscription based programs in the members site until you restart your subscription for any those programs.
