Sometimes we just need to remind ourselves to slow down and enjoy the ride.

When we try to rush things, we virtually guarantee we will stay where we are.

Rushing is a behavior caused by fear. Fear that we may never get there. Trust me, if you let fear be your guide, you won’t get there.

Just remember all good things take time.

The sun doesn’t rise instantly…

Crops don’t grow overnight…

People don’t evolve in one day…

Good things take time.

Be patient in your worthwhile endeavors, and be kind to yourself. It’s okay to set deadlines and aim for targets, just know that deadlines do not have to be all or nothing.

In addition to being patient with yourself, be flexible as well. If the target date comes and goes…just set a new date, aim at that and keep moving toward the original goal.

Enjoy the ride. Allow yourself to enter a blissful curious state and continue on your journey from that state.

I’ll let you in on a not so secret “secret”…

Free flowing toward your goal in a blissful state is the key to moving your goal from pure fantasy into delicious joyful reality.
